At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.The IS Delivery Pre-Construction Senior Estimator is responsible for developing policies for preparing cost estimates for product manufacturing and services.Assess the cost-effectiveness of products and services.Track actual costs as the project develops.Collaborate with leaders from other departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues.Assess cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentations.Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.Required Education, Experience, and QualificationsBachelor's degree.Minimum of 6 years of experience.Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.Able to perform complex tasks typically following established processes.Possesses effective leadership and organization skills.Ability to exercise good judgement and creativity.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.Preferred Education, Experience, and QualificationsNot ApplicableTravel Requirements5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.Physical ActivitiesAscending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, polesClimbing stairs.Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingersRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periodsEnvironmental ConditionsQuiet environmentPhysical DemandsLight work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 poundsENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
