Make spiritual assessments of patients, taking into account mental, emotional, physical and spiritual stresses, and respond with appropriate counseling and care. Other duties include, but are not limited to: directing the spiritual plan of care, acting as a liaison to community clergy, participating in performance improvement initiatives and training pastoral care volunteers.Equal to a Masters degree in a related discipline.Graduate of accredited seminar or school of theology or appropriate certification in hospital or pastoral ministry.Minimum of one-year experience in working with patients/families dealing with life-threatening illness and death.Graduate of accredited seminar or school of theology or appropriate certification in hospital or pastoral ministry.Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hiredCompensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.USD $23.38 - USD $39.32 /Hr.
