General Manager in Training - Midwest RegionAt Apex Service Partners, we’re offering a unique opportunity for a driven leader to develop alongside a top-performing General Manager and gain hands-on experience running a successful trades business before stepping into a General Manager role of your own.You’ll start by owning a department within one of our most successful brands, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in managing operations, driving financial results, and leading people.Once ready, you’ll transition into a leadership role at a newly acquired brand, where you’ll play a key role in everything from hiring and team development to financial strategy, operational improvements and long-term growth.We’re building a best-in-class leadership team across the Midwest including Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska.
