Field Technician II

TeleWorld Solutions is Seeking a Field Technician II to join our team. The Field Technician II is a mid-level hands-on role that keeps Viaero’s new 4G/5G and microwave sites on the air. You’ll install, commission, and maintain radios, antennas, power systems, fiber/microwave backhaul, and associated civil infrastructure. The Company with Great Benefits and certified as 'A Great Place to Work'.Provide high-level support to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across customer marketsOn-Site Field Support, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshootingInstall, Integrate, and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standardsInstall, Commission, and integrate Cisco CSR routers to manufacturer's and Samsung specificationsSupport troubleshooting of all T-1, ATM backbone, microwave backhaul transmission methodologySupport RMA process tracking and documentation for MMBS equipmentPeer training and directionOther duties as assignedBachelors Degree; 2-5 years work experience in the wireless industryKnowledge of CDMA/EVDO and LTE/Volte technologies a plusMust have a strong work ethic, integrity, and work extremely well in a team environmentAptitude for creativity and innovationWorking knowledge of Base Station Vendor equipment (Samsung, Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson)Proficient in MS Office packageFlexible during times of changeStrong trouble-shooting skills and problem resolution skillsStrong written communications skillsStrong interpersonal communication skillsJoin Our Veteran-Friendly Team:Are you a veteran or a veteran spouse with expertise in telecommunications?
