Just blowouts.We are looking for fantastic shift lead thatmanages the client experience and supervises shift operations. In addition, shift leads manage supply levels, train new front desk team members, coordinate membership sales and retention, coordinate group events, and execute the shop’s social media calendar. Can quickly find common ground and solve problems.Great time management. Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently, values time, concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities.Highly organized, trustworthy, motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable.Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including holiday availability. As a key holder, will work an opening or closing shift Friday through Tuesday.
