Want to learn more?Click here.The Supervisor of Billing is responsible for overseeing Home Health billing operations, with a primary focus on ensuring claims are thoroughly reviewed, complete, and accurate prior to submission by Patient Financial Services (PFS). This role leads billing staff in daily processes such as claims preparation, corrections, and documentation review, and is accountable for timely identification and resolution of discrepancies that could impact reimbursement.The Supervisor supports efficient revenue cycle operations by working closely with interdepartmental teams and PFS to ensure alignment with payer requirements, regulatory updates, and internal policies. This position is also responsible for implementing billing system changes, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvements in billing accuracy, compliance, and reimbursement outcomes.Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredExperience• 3 years of experience in revenue cycle, billing, home health, or related field required• Supervisory or management experience preferred• Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
