The Store Team strives to create the best shopping experience possible for our customers. As a community-based company, we want our customers to feel right at home when they shop at Bi-Mart.About the Floor Manager Position:The Floor Manager assists with the overall store operations (i.e., controlling expenses, merchandising standards, safety, security, and workforce management) and helps to drive positive customer and employee experiences, while working to increase sales and profitability.
