Cambrian Homecare, LLC is an excellent setting for a career in healthcare - where you can make a real difference in the lives of the aging, injured, or developmentally disabled.We are seeking a compassionate and organized Quality and Training Coordinator to join our team in Sacramento.As a Quality and Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of care provided by our caregivers and leading their ongoing training and development. You will also collaborate closely with our referral sources to maintain strong partnerships and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.This is not a remote position.Quality AssuranceConduct in-home quality assurance visits per agency guidelinesComplete quality assurance phone calls per agency guidelinesInvestigate and resolve client complaints and incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication and corrective actionPrepare quality reports and present findings as requestedParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure best possible resultsProvide in-home caregiver services as requestedDocument all activities and communication per company guidelinesTraining & DevelopmentCoordinate and deliver orientation and ongoing training sessions for new and existing care providersCoordinate and report training compliance for care providersEnsure new care provider skill competency - both in-home and skills lab settingsCommunity & Referral CollaborationBuild and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, workforce development agencies and referral sourcesCommunicate with referral and recruiting sources according to agency standards and protocolAttend community and referral source meetings as assignedQualificationsAbility to work flexible hours to accommodate training schedules, community events and urgent quality issuesValid driver license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel to client homes, community events, training locations and all other required locations when neededExperience in caregiving or caregiver trainingStrong problem solving and communication skillsAbility to deliver engaging and effective training sessionsAbility to bend and lift 50lbs Fluency in both English and SpanishExperience working with the Developmentally Disabled population preferredJob Requirements18+ years oldUS work authorizationAbility to pass a background check and reference checkWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment withoutregard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protectedveteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristicprotected by federal, state or local laws.USD $21.00/Hr.USD $23.00/Hr.
