WHO are we looking for? A dynamic, energetic Wealth Relationship Manager Associate who will deliver high-level customer service to clients to the firm. The successful candidate will join an established wealth management and institutional advisory team in providing independent advice and customized service to clients. A competitive salary is offered for this role as well as expanding responsibilities with a rapidly growing firm.Assist in managing client, prospect, and COI communications to ensure consistent engagement and relationship growthPrepare materials and insights for meetings, including investment performance, market updates, and planning recommendationsParticipate in client and prospect meetings alongside senior advisors, contributing to discussions and follow-throughCoordinate and execute client service tasks, projects, and action items, ensuring timely delivery and advisor readinessGather and input financial data into planning software (WealthView/E-Money), interpret results, and collaborate with the planning teamImplement portfolio changes and meeting outcomes in coordination with research and trading teams; maintain accurate records in CapConnectMinimum Qualifications:2+ Relevant industry experience preferredFour-year college degree, preferably with an emphasis in Business, Finance or AccountingDesired Qualifications/Skills:CFP® or CFP® track preferredStrong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office productsAbility to review, research, interpret, and discuss investment, financial, macroeconomic and security specific data with Senior Advisors and clientsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate information to a financially sophisticated audienceEnjoys direct and personal interactions with clientsPrioritization skills, multi-task skills, able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneouslyProactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, anticipate needs, and contribute ideas that enhance client service and team effectivenessWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
