This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medications and supplies to patients and facilities.Responsibilities include:Safely and promptly deliver prescriptions and medical supplies to patients’ homes or healthcare facilities.Follow all HIPAA guidelines and company protocols to ensure patient confidentiality and safety.Communicate effectively with the pharmacy team, patients, and caregivers regarding delivery times and any issues.Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain necessary signatures.Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.Perform vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance needs.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Previous delivery or courier experience preferred, especially in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
