Marino/WARE has successfully operated on uncompromising standards for over 70 year.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Performs data entry functions necessary to handle quote entry, compile quotes and retrieve information. Process 30 - 50 quotes per day.Build quotes using common price files and other required data and information. Answers phones as back-up to Customer Service Representative, and as otherwise required.Assist Inside Sales Representatives as required. Special Projects as assigned by Inside Sales Manager Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software. Follow company policies and procedures. Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors. Handle processing of all UPS shipments.Perform other duties as assigned.Hourly Rate between $20.00-$25.00. Within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredExcellent verbal and written communications skillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Office)Ability to work independently Friendly, reliable and willingness to learn
