The assignment is at one customer location, is 100% onsite, and requires business casual attire appropriate for a professional work environment. Primarily looking for someone with strong customer service skills, flexibility, and a desire to learn new technologies. We will provide training for any technical areas.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform daily checks of assigned customer technology throughout the day using a provided formDocument all issues found in the provided form and in a ticketing system called ServiceNowRepair minor issues and assign more complex issues to a Level 2 technicianOperate and test daily functionality of all AV in integrated conference rooms, as well as other assigned technologyAssist with company meetings/functions that require the use of AV infrastructureSetup and breakdown of assigned onsite meetingsResponsible for escalating all “next level” break-fix issues to the appropriate resource for resolutionEnsure AV spaces are presentable for useOther duties assigned as neededSkills and AbilitiesExtensive customer service background in the retail or hospitality industries would be a plusWillingness to be flexible and open to changeEffective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organizationAbility to test equipment and perform basic troubleshootingAbility to work and think independently, and ensure deadlines are metBasic computer knowledgeKnowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control is a plusAbility to balance multiple tasks with changing prioritiesStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailEducation and/or ExperienceMinimum high school diploma or equivalentDemonstrated working knowledge of AV practices and procedures is a plusVideoconferencing experience, including operation call set-up and equipment, a plusExperience and knowledge of web conferencing tools such as MS Teams, a plusWorking Environment100% onsite role at a customer site in Dallas, TX.Highly professional environment, which requires a professional demeanor and appropriate business casual clothingWHY YOU’LL LIKE WORKING HEREMedical benefits, including vision and dentalPaid holidays, sick days, and personal daysEnjoyable and dynamic company cultureTraining and professional development opportunitiesMORE ABOUT USAVI-SPL is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
