A strong understanding of healthcare systems and compliance is highly valued.Hands-On Development: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software using C#, .NET, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native architecture and services.Legacy & Cloud-Native Systems: Lead the organization in building and supporting modern, cloud-native solutions while also maintaining and enhancing existing Windows Forms applications as needed.Architecture & Design: Architect solutions with a cloud-first mindset, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with HIPAA, HiTrust, and interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7.Team Leadership:Guide and mentor a small team of developers (onshore and offshore), fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
