As a Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing complex projects and contributing to the growth and innovation of our services.Manage projects from inception through completionPrepare and manage a high volume of proposals, contracts, invoicing, work in process and account receivablesPrepare, maintain, coordinate project schedules of multiple concurrent projects with clientsRecruit, manage, develop, lead, inspire, coach a growing teamProduce high-quality work and implement and maintain QA/QC proceduresSupport business development in preparation of proposalsAble to understand proposals and contract scope of services.Able to identify scope creep, write and capture additional services in a timely mannerOversee the technical, legal, and financial aspects of various projectsCoordinate with other disciplines and support servicesMake decisions independently in regards to various issues and methodsAble to accept and give performance feedbackExtremely organizedHave a full technical understanding of all aspects of Remote SensingAbility to technically do the work you manage so you can truly guide your teamOutgoing, friendly, approachable (team player)Strong communication skills with team members and clientsAbility to delegate assignments and determine methods and procedures Ability to be open to others ideas and willing to compromiseDetail-oriented but also flexible enough to be big picture/conceptualCapable of envisioning the client’s goalsAble to follow general directions and guidelines for the firm’s policies, practices, and procedures5+ years of project management experience10+ years of industry experienceExperience within civil, power delivery, and renewable marketsExpertise with multiple remote sensing technologiesEvolution with career growth providing experience from every step of the project processUSD $100,000.00/Yr.USD $120,000.00/Yr.At Westwood, our purpose is to create a better world for people through our work.
