Ensure staff training on these specifications and procedures.Develop and analyze data to determine causes of defects or other problems with products and processes. , Including but limited to testing processes; PMI, NDE, Pressure Testing.Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality and customer issues.Lead and manage the Corrective Action program. , Active member of the problem solving working group.Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. , Monitor work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.
