Description: You will be the Manufacturing Planner Sr. for the Production Planning & Control team. Our team is responsible for orchestrating endu2011tou2011end manufacturing planning, ensuring material availability, and optimizing inventory flow across multiple sites. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner Sr. you will be responsible for coordinating interu2011departmental activities, executing makeu2011buy and BOM planning, and driving schedule adherence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Develop and maintain makeu2011buy, BOM, and MRP plans that align with production schedules. + Expedite and optimize material flow, issuing move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests. + Collaborate with quality, engineering, procurement, and operations to resolve scheduling conflicts. + Monitor shopu2011floor performance, analyze capacity constraints, and adjust plans to preserve onu2011time delivery. + Support tooling requirements and provide status updates to stakeholders across all sites. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline - Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs - Experience with SAP/ERP system - Understanding of Manufacturing Processes - Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills - Must be able to work outside of the normal operating hours, as required - Ability to obtain a security clearance Desired Skills: - Production and Tooling Scheduling experience -Experience with Material Management and Accounting Systems (MMAS) -Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders -Familiar in project management Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
