Pay: $29.50/hour+ per hour + Schedule: Day Shift: + Tuesday u2013 Saturday: 7:00 AM u2013 3:30 PM + Sunday u2013 Thursday: 7:00 AM u2013 3:30 PM + Friday u2013 Monday: 6:00 AM u2013 4:30 PM + Evening Shift: + Sunday u2013 Thursday: 3:00 PM u2013 11:30 PM + Friday u2013 Monday: 12:00 PM u2013 10:30 PM + Tuesday u2013 Saturday: 3:00 PM u2013 11:30 PM Overview The Client is an industry-leading company providing diagnostic information services. This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art laboratory instrumentation and contribute to high-complexity clinical testing. Youu2019ll be part of a team that supports patient care through accurate and timely lab results. Responsibilities: + Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, processing, test analyses, reporting, and record maintenance. + Maintain records demonstrating proficiency testing is performed consistently with patient specimen testing. + Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures. + Review and release test results. + Adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines. + Follow established policies when test systems deviate from acceptable performance levels. + Identify and resolve issues affecting test performance or result reporting, or escalate to senior staff. Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree required; Chemistry or Biochemistry strongly preferred. + 1 year of clinical experience in high-complexity testing. + Transcripts will be requested during the consideration process.
