Responsibilities: u2022 Assemble mechanical and electronic components following detailed work instructions and specifications u2022 Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete daily tasks u2022 Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy u2022 Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and housekeeping procedures u2022 Record production data and maintain required documentation u2022 Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals u2022 Support training efforts for new team members when needed Qualifications: u2022 High school diploma or GED required u2022 1u20132 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production preferred u2022 Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and instructions u2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards u2022 Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks u2022 Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation u2022 Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
