In this long-term contract role, you will provide critical support to attorneys by managing legal documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with court procedures. This position requires someone who is meticulous and organized, with expertise in litigation processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide comprehensive administrative and legal assistance to multiple attorneys. u2022 Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Manage state and federal e-filing processes efficiently. u2022 Organize and maintain attorney calendars, including scheduling court appearances, meetings, and deadlines. u2022 Assist in trial preparation by compiling exhibits, documents, and binders. u2022 Maintain organized case files and client records for easy access. u2022 Ensure all legal procedures and filings are handled in accordance with California court rules. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in litigation. u2022 Strong understanding of California court filing procedures and regulations. u2022 Proficiency in e-filing platforms and legal calendaring systems. u2022 Ability to work on-site in Lake Forest, California, Monday through Friday.
