Director Surgical Services

Job Summary and Responsibilities Join our dedicated Surgical Services team at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital where we deliver comprehensive surgical care in four operating rooms, including a dedicated C-section suite. Annually, we perform approximately 2000 cases, encompassing a wide range of specialties such as general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, orthopedic trauma, and C-sections, as well as various endoscopy procedures. Job Requirements Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance is available. Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements: + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA). + Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience and three (3) years of nursing leadership experience within Surgical Services. + Current California RN license (or ability to obtain one in California) #LI-DH #HelloSurgicalServices Where You'll Work Dignity Health Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is a 104-bed not-for-profit hospital located in Grass Valley, California.
