Description Answer and return all new patient incoming calls in a professional manner. Appropriately manage multiple incoming calls. Enter all referral patients Send new patient welcome email and required paperwork. Collect patientu2019s insurance information prior to their scheduled appointment. Triage calls from the work que. Providing instructions to patients to ensure that they are prepared for examinations and procedures. Confirming patient appointments. Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur Skills Epic, Patient service, customer service Required Skills & Qualifications Multitasking to balance responsibilities between visitor needs and office availability Time management skills keeping pace with daily tasks and working out of the ques Excellent communication and people skills Experience in scheduling and tracking patient information/appointments and maintaining supplies Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
