Description Answer and return all new patient incoming calls in a professional manner. Appropriately manage multiple incoming calls. Enter all referral patients Send new patient welcome email and required paperwork. Collect patientu2019s insurance information prior to their scheduled appointment. Triage calls from the work que. Providing instructions to patients to ensure that they are prepared for examinations and procedures. Confirming patient appointments.
