Description Position Details: u2022 Job Title: Dialer (W2 Employee) u2022 Start Date: u2022 Hourly Wage: $21.00 per hour u2022 Bonuses: $10 per transfer, $100 per closed deal u2022 Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM u2022 Location: 959 South Coast Drive, Suite #225 u2022 Reports To: John Hernandez and James Jones and Sara Kuhns Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Opener at Five Star Tax Resolution, your duties will include: u2022 Making outbound calls to potential clients who need tax relief services. u2022 Engaging clients and gathering information for tax relief consultations. u2022 Following up on leads and maintaining records of all client interactions. u2022 Meeting performance goals and targets established by the company. u2022 Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Compensation and Benefits: u2022 Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Along with $20.00 per transfer, and $40.00 per transfer from older leads u2022 Employee Status: This is a W2 position. u2022 Benefits: Health insurance u2022 Training: You will receive full training to help you succeed in your role. Skills sales, tax, dialer system, outbound calls Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of sales background entry level is fine Tax background is preferred Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
