Receptionist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in North Syracuse, New York. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome and assist customers in a detail-oriented and friendly manner. u2022 Review and organize customer documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. u2022 Manage the flow of customers using a queuing system to maintain efficiency. u2022 Conduct vision tests and record results accurately. u2022 Input passing vision test results into the system to update records. u2022 Provide guidance to customers using self-service kiosks. u2022 Capture customer photos for driver's license processing. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. u2022 Maintain an organized workspace and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles. u2022 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. u2022 Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and record management. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. u2022 Familiarity with vision testing and photo capturing processes is a plus. u2022 Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
