Industrial Maintenance Technician

Oversee production floor - Respond to maintenance calls (including PM checklists) as necessary depending on technicians' skills and prioritization of the call - Set up equipment in the automatic machines, manual operations, and other work areas per work instructions in area manuals - Change punches and other tooling as necessary to maintain production - Repair manufacturing equipment according to company protocols - Complete preventative maintenance (PM) checklists and complete associate tasks related to checklist - Identify reoccurring problems and proves a solution to reduce or eliminate their occurrence - Maintain quantities for items tracked in inventory system - Follow safety procedures in accordance with approved training, and report any dangerous conditions to management immediately - Work closely with the Bagging, Roll Making, and Molding departments on the workflow - Work closely with the Production Supervisor and Scheduling on the status of all manufacturing orders - Basic quality assessment and paperwork sign-off
