Raw Materials Tech - Shift 1

Job Description Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: u2003Management of Inventory within clean rooms (Process Areas) per approved standing per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) and in accordance with production schedules. u2003Conduct searches for expired raw materials. u2003Perform full area inventory counts. u2003Stock and organize raw materials. u2003Order raw materials as needed. u2003Debox raw materials received from the warehouse. u2003Wipe down raw materials before entering clean spaces. u2003Adhere to gowning protocols for clean room entry, including wearing a jumpsuit, hood, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, and facemask. u2003Following current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs). ou2003Technicians will be expected to document the performed tasks accurately and per the approved procedure. All documents are subject to review by regulatory agencies and therefore must be maintained appropriately. u2003Performing unit operations in a timely manner to meet production schedules. u2003Flexibility and continuous support must be always provided to assist 24/7 manufacturing operations. u2003Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) including proper documentation of training. u2003Ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards. u2003Flexibility to work according to the production schedule, as required. u2003Understand and adhere to strict clean room microbial controls.
