This is a hands-on opportunity to support a medical device company thatu2019s actively working to reduce malpractice in the healthcare space. Youu2019ll be part of a collaborative call center team, helping customers with product support, order processing, and general inquiries. Flexible scheduling allows you to pick your own hours, making it ideal for those with busy lives or other commitments. Key Responsibilities: + Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels. + Handle basic order entry and general inquiries. + Assist with quoting and conduct research related to quoting processes. + Run quarterly consumption reports for specific product usage. + Coordinate with purchasing departments to ensure order accuracy. + Manage scheduling, billing, data entry, and reporting tasks. + Work with field technicians and tech support to resolve simulator-related issues. + Manage a high volume of calls while multitasking effectively. Qualifications: + Strong communication skillsu2014both verbal and written. + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. + Prior experience in customer service or call center settings is highly preferred. + Proficiency in data entry and generating reports. + Comfortable handling busy days and juggling multiple calls. + Hiring decisions will be based on both experience and soft skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
