Job Description Industry + May play the role of Industry COP Delivery Lead or Innovation Board Representative for industry major community. + Contributes to Industry COP strategy and goals, is accountable for meeting COP goals & objectives. + Delegates work to COP committee and members. + Builds community & engages resources. + Drives revenue stream for industry by playing the role of functional Delivery Lead on industry-based sales pursuits. + Directs the development of industry enablement to further industry education within the community (min: quarterly), including info from personal/Oracle blogs, LinkedIn posts, and industry conferences. + Contributes to Industry COP members 3rd party feedback. + Solicits feedback from clients, ASMs, & Product Management about industry initiatives within the COP. Client Facing Delivery & Sales + Holds overall accountability for functional strategies & architecture on a project. + Leads the functional and/or technical solution design and implementation strategy of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. + Demonstrates deep proficiency with multiple applications within the same solution. + Implements innovative solutions with industry-wide impact as a recognized independent subject matter expert within Oracle. + Drives client process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. + Analyzes business needs to ensure the Oracle solution meets the clientu2019s objectives by combining industry best practices, functional knowledge, and business acumen. + Architects and designs technology solutions encompassing multiple solutions and make decisions based on impact across the stack. + Leads client workshops across multiple phases of the project lifecycle, effectively consulting with management of client organizations and influencing client leadership as a trusted advisor. + Influences client senior and middle management and partner senior management in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals. + Conducts QA reviews across projects and ensures execution of strategies is compliant with best practices and implemented consistently across projects. + Identifies issues and risks impacting the project, proposes and acts upon options for resolution, and escalates as appropriate. + Proactively monitors application quarterly releases, determines impact, and communicates with clients. + Resolves complex client functional issues by recommending and demonstrating solutions. + Collaborates with organizations across the Oracle ecosystem to ensure up to date quality solutions, endorsed by Product Management and A-Team, as applicable. + Reviews scope, approach, timeline, effort estimates, staff plan, org chart, mobilization, and confirms projects can be delivered successfully. + Works with offshore on estimates using offshore estimation models, ensuring one source of truth and consistent estimates across deals. + Participates in readouts and orals. + Contributes as a functional and/or technical resource for sales pursuits. Practice Development + Leads internal practice development initiatives to improve the operation of our business every 6 months. + Leads/participates in an initiative or committee team and guides/assists with developing content every 6 months. + Leads business development activities and provides subject matter expertise to generate bookings. + Leads internal Oracle calls, webcasts, and events to communicate the strategic priorities of the company. + May create new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands, and knowledge of competitive product offerings. + Collaborates with technical SMEs, CPs, and other COP members to develop offerings and capabilities every 6 months. People Development + Acts as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of project team members. + Delivers on-time performance appraisals for project team members, when requested. + Formally and informally mentors peers, Analysts, Consultants, and Managers while driving client implementation success. + May collaborate as a Talent Engagement Lead. + Assists with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding effort for area of responsibility. + Utilizes educational opportunities to enhance coaching and mentoring of others. Professional Development + Delivers on-time performance self-appraisals and takes proactive accountability for own career development. + Continually grows and shares product, functional, technical, and industry knowledge through training, certification, and quarterly updates. + Shadows more senior or experienced team members to learn how to elevate client experience. + Actively solicits, receives, and implements constructive feedback from clients, supervisors, and peers. + Subscribes to functional channels, distribution lists, and attends office hours and customer connect sessions in areas of expertise. + Maintains a clear understanding of OCI foundational capabilities and concepts. + Maintains a clear understanding of SaaS capabilities in terms of interfacing, reporting, and extensions. + Invests in upskilling one power skill (ex: empathy, active listening, self-awareness, etc.) every 3-6 months. As a position of technical/professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; works on significant and unique issues. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
