Project Manager

Job Description - Oversee and coordinate building expansion project - This role will serve as the internal liaison, ensuring alignment between operational/ business goals and contractoru2019s execution - Support pre-and post-expansion activities aimed at optimizing the shop floor layout and improving operational flow - Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the third-party construction contractor - Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget completion - Attend regular progress meetings, reporting, and documentation - Support planning and execution of shop floor improvements, including layout redesign and workflow optimization - Collaborate with production team to design optimal material flow and workstation placement - Utilize AutoCAD or similar tools to assist in inside layout planning, visualization, and documentation - Identify and communicate risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 1 plus years experience in project management - Understanding of manufacturing or shop floor operations - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have - Construction or industrial facility expansion experience - PMP or similar certification Work Environment This is a great opportunity to gain experience within project management. You will be the liaison/assistant to a PM and internal employees. Their manufacturing environment in the process of expanding. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr.
