summary Industrial Electrical Mechanic Location: New Hope, MN Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Range: $28 – $35+ per hour (based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Industrial/Electrical Mechanic to maintain and troubleshoot a variety of machines and equipment, ensuring safety, uptime, and efficiency in our manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance Work with contactors, relays, motors, transformers, power supplies & AC/DC systems Read electrical prints and wire NO/NC relays Perform electrical wiring and basic installations Machine & Furnace Maintenance Program Honeywell components Maintain sensors, ignitors, thermocouples, and wiring CNC Maintenance Troubleshoot CNC systems, drives, servo motors, PLCs, and hydraulics Read ladder diagrams and understand CNC parameters Crane & Induction Heater Maintenance Maintain P&H drives, rectifiers, resistors, coils, and induction coils Diagnose issues using schematics; repair diodes, SCRs, IGBTs, and boards Handling Equipment & General Maintenance Operate and maintain forklifts and loaders Perform breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance Modify machines to reduce downtime, ensure OSHA compliance, and manage spare parts #Nowhiring required-skills: Qualifications Proven industrial maintenance experience Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics Strong troubleshooting skills
