Job Summary Our PMCM team is growing We are looking to add a Safety Manager to support our MTA C&D projects Responsibilities & Qualifications DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with contract specifications, APP & SWPs and MTA C&D Policies and Procedures. + Conduct safety audits of projects and generate reports with findings and photos. + Review and provide comments on project specific health and safety plans, Safe Work Plans / JHAs and other safety submittals. + Mentor construction and CCM staff on safety-related matters. + Investigate safety related incidents and occurrences and review contractoru2019s incident reports. + Maintain liaison with MTA C&D Safety Staff and Contractoru2019s Safety Staff. + Develop and provide safety-related trainings to TY Lin staff. + Participate in progress meetings, safety meetings and safety walkthroughs. QUALIFICATIONS: + Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously + Bacheloru2019s degree in safety, engineering or related field with 15+ yearsu2019 experience in construction safety. + OSHA 30- Hour Safety Course, Site Safety Manager Course, NYCT Track Safety Training required. + CSP, CHST, Scaffold Training, Confined Space Lead awareness and Asbestos awareness are preferred. + Experience working with MTA C&D, preferably CCM safety experience. + Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions. + Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clientsu2019 toughest challenges. + High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way. + Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence. Additional Information TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $145,300 - $195,900 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
