Construction Technician

Job Title: Construction Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Construction Technician to join our team. The role involves working on various tasks including dirt work, pipework, erosion control, maintenance, and the installation of miscellaneous items. You will assist operators with pipe installation and ensure precise cutting to grade. Additionally, you will handle punch list duties such as reseeding, adding park benches, replacing concrete, and touching up paint. Responsibilities + Perform dirt work, pipework, and erosion control. + Assist with maintenance and installation tasks. + Support operators in pipe installation and grading. + Handle punch list duties including reseeding, adding park benches, and more. + Work with operators to set boulders and rocks for river projects. Essential Skills + 1+ year of experience in erosion control, utilities, earthwork, or landscaping. + Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, including boulders. + Experience in general labor, landscape work, and earthwork. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Opportunity to grow into roles such as punch list erosion control assistant superintendent. + Potential to learn river work and park projects as an equipment operator or crew leader.
