The ideal candidate will beresponsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects accordingto strict deadlines and within budget, while managing stakeholderexpectations and ensuring client satisfaction.This is a full 40 hour/week role and requires going onsite 4 days aweek.Key Responsibilities- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.- Manage and coordinate project resources, including team members and stakeholders.- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.- Utilize Adobe Workfront for project tracking and reporting.- Identify and manage project risks to minimize impact on project goals.- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among team members.Qualifications- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools, particularly Adobe Workfront.- Experience working with Creative teams - print, packaging and digital is a plus.- Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies is a plus.- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Familiarity with MS Project and scheduling this position, you may have access to client or customer systems,confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
