Location: Plymouth, MN We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Special Education Teacher to join a collaborative school team in Plymouth. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with students in the special education program, supporting their academic, behavioral, and developmental growth in a structured and inclusive environment. What You’ll Do: + Provide individualized instruction and support to students in the special education program + Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and school staff + Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed + Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment + Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and general education teachers Position Details: + ??
