This role is focused on drafting agreements, negotiating deals, and managing partner relationshipsu2014not strategy work. Key Responsibilities: + Lead end-to-end deal execution: draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts with partners and suppliers. + Manage a high volume of partnership activities with precision and speed. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery. + Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, especially in tech and AI domains. + Track performance metrics and ensure partner satisfaction. What Weu2019re Looking For: + 5u20137 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or deal execution (8u201310 years or director-level candidates also welcome if aligned with the roleu2019s execution focus). + Strong technical background, ideally with exposure to AI or tech-driven environments. + Proven ability to handle complex contracts and high-volume workloads. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. + Bacheloru2019s degree required.
