Job Title: Landscape Architect/Project ManagerJob Description Join a renowned Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Landscape Architecture practice based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are seeking an experienced and focused Landscape Architect/Project Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities + Manage all phases of work, including the production of high-quality designs, presentations, and documentation. + Coordinate firm resources and staffing effectively. + Maintain strong client and team relationships. + Organize workflow and manage project budgets. + Structure project proposals and fees. + Mentor and support the growth of designers. + Ensure the oversight of landscape architectural construction documents and construction administration. + Engage with the entitlement and permitting processes for the City of Raleigh, Wake County, and surrounding communities. + Liaise with public and private sector clients and maintain strong client relationships. Essential Skills + Degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning from an accredited program preferred. + Professional registration as a Landscape Architect (RLA). + Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Landscape Architecture. + Strong background in land development design, site and master planning. + Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suites, and Microsoft Office. + Excellent financial management skills. + Experience working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. + Knowledge of local land development codes and ordinances. + Strong business development skills. + Ability to present to boards and councils. + Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. + Experience developing and following a formalized QA/QC program. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Demonstrated experience with the local land development market. + A strong collaborator and presenter. + Ability to adjust to project priorities and requests from multiple clients. The role requires flexibility to manage various local community projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
