JOB REQUIREMENTS: Milwaukee, WI, USA Full time R25_0000036766 JobDescription NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic detail orientedStore Stock Associate to join our rapidly growing team of Auto Partsprofessionals. This is the ideal position for a person who is detailoriented with a strong work ethic. As a Store Stock Associate, you willhave a variety of duties that would help control and maintain theinventory in our warehouse. Responsibilities Pulls all orders for thedispatcher, regarding parts to be delivered by our drivers to wholesalecustomers. Also pulls for the demands of the main counterretail/wholesale customers and will-call as accurately and completely aspossible, routing products as appropriate, and meeting the prescribedtime frame set by management. Cleans up and disposes boxes, packingmaterial, and pallets, as well as general housekeeping of facility andspecific product line areas. Follows and adheres to all safety rulesincluding the handling of hazardous materials. Qualifications At least 1year previous experience stocking, loading, or pulling. High SchoolDiploma, or equivalent experience, required. Must be functionallyliterate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers andline codes to ensure proper identification of parts for placement in thefacility, including identifying sequence of numbers and lettersaccurately and rapidly. Must be able to write legibly. Must have basicunderstanding and be capable of operating a computer terminal. And,perform associated duties as assigned by management. Must be capable oflifting and moving parts of up to 60 pounds and push/pull 300 poundsusing hitch-and-go dolly. Must be able to move engine blocks and otherheavy equipment with moving aids designed to move such items, includinghand trucks, dollies, motorized carts, pallet jacks, etc. Must be ableto repeatedly bend or stoop to ground level shelves and be able to reachupper shelves (8 feet) with the use of stool or ladder when necessary.Must be able to work on their feet (stand or walk) for their assignedwork shifts.
