As a BCBA at our organization, you’ll design impactful interventions and empower families to create lasting success. Your Role: We’re hiring a BCBA to lead the development of behavior programs and mentor staff to achieve meaningful outcomes for children. Collaboration with families is central to this role. Key Duties: • Develop individualized treatment plans based on FBAs. • Analyze data to inform decision-making and program revisions. • Supervise and train behavior technicians. • Engage with caregivers to align treatment goals with family needs. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications: • Current BCBA certification. • Advanced education in ABA or related fields. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. Compensation: $100/hr.
