This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that values expertise, precision, and innovation in every project.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Masonry Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in managing large commercial masonry projects. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in providing accurate cost estimates, preparing bid proposals, and working closely with project managers and teams to ensure the successful delivery of masonry components on large-scale commercial construction projects.Project Manager: Plan and oversee masonry projects from award to closeoutCoordinate material procurement, subcontractors, and field crewsMonitor project schedule, budget, and job costsConduct site visits and meetings to ensure work is progressing safely and on scheduleMaintain strong communication with clients and internal teams Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial masonry estimating and/or project managementStrong knowledge of masonry construction techniques, materials, and codesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsProficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar)Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving ability For additional information on this opportunity, please contact victor directly at (605) 799-8181.
