Job Description Our providers typically see all ages and diagnosis codes. Our providers see Ryan White and MAT patients. We have a credentialing/privileging packet we ask providers to complete, and we do an extensive background check. The background company handles contacting the 3 professional references contained in the completed credentialing packets. Then the applicant must be approved by the Board.
