Responsibilities Answer incoming and ring back calls in a courteous, timely and professional manner Posting of accounts payable and receivable documents Review, sort, scan, distribute, and follow up with any issues regarding incoming mail. Maintain Phone, Birthday, and Anniversary list of office employees, and inform management of upcoming dates Other general office duties Greeting and assisting guests Required Qualifications 1+ years experience in a similar role and/or office setting Proficient with computers, internet, and MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Has the ability to work independently to deliver results Has strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills Ability to multitask Basic mS Word and Excel Desired Qualifications Basic accounting knowledge a plus At Organic PR, we don’t just accept difference - we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community.
