The Supervisor of Internal Audit Data Analytics & Technology will lead a team focused on enhancing innovation and efficiency within the Internal Audit function. This role is pivotal in advancing the department’s analytics strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making and proactive risk management. The leader will help expand continuous auditing capabilities and implement practical tech solutions. Additionally, they will support audit teams with powerful data tools and insights to strengthen overall audit effectiveness.Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations: Leads, mentors, and supports a team of technical specialists by removing obstacles to maximize productivity and engagement Collaborates with other departments to deliver impactful analytics and technology solutions while staying current on available data and technology at WilliamsGuides the team in implementing scalable technology solutions, oversees dashboards and automation aligned with best practices, maintains internal processes, and ensures compliance with governance and privacy standardsRetrieves, analyzes, and summarizes business data to create business intelligence, identify trends, and collaborates on automation to improve audit efficiencyAdvises business leaders on technology-driven process improvements and stays up to date with emerging trends in data analytics and our business areas to support continuous improvement and professional developmentAbility to educate and guide internal auditors on possibilities for technology and data analyticsBasic understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologiesOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience: Required: Bachelor’s degree and minimum six (6) years of experience in Oil and Gas experience or MIS, CIS, Data Science/Analytics Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration or related fields and eight (8) years of experience in Audit, Accounting, Finance, CIS Other RequirementsDemonstrates excellent organization/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skillsProven ability to access, analyze, and interpret complex enterprise datasets to deliver clear, actionable insightsProficient in using analytics, reporting, and automation platforms to support data-driven decision-making across sophisticated business environments Familiarity with Python, SQL or other languages for data manipulation Proven relationship management skills Preferred: Experience using artificial intelligence technology to improve business processesPreferred: Agile or other project management experiencePreferred: Process improvement experience About Tulsa:Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
