ResponsibilitiesAs our NICU Nurse at St. Francis Medical Center, you’ll monitor the complex medical needs of sick and preterm infants. You’ll provide compassionate care, serving as their advocate; supporting their best interests when they cannot.Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs.Educate parents on various interventions or procedures, medications (name and purpose), exams, etc.Assess newborns and provide municate with the care management team.Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their pensation: Base rate + shift differentialIncentives:up to $10,000 sign on bonus, up to $10,000 education assistance (must have graduated within 5 years)Nurse Residency offered for all New GraduatesQualificationsGraduate of an accrediated nursing programActive RN licensure in the state of Nebraska. Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.
