APPLY NOW The 1st & 2nd Shift Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of building & mechanical equipment used for processing in an industrial laundry setting. Candidates should possess building/ mechanical maintenance & repair knowledge, and a thorough professional mindset with the ability to troubleshoot & problem solve. Candidates should be detail-oriented w/ ability to work autonomously and comply with all health and safety guidelines. Responsibilities: Servicing/maintaining equipment (including motors, conveyor system, HVAC system, compressors, & production machinery) Performing general building electrical & plumbing maintenance Completing Machinery & Building Maintenance Logs Communicating detailed progress on projects in progress Inspecting, assessing functionality, troubleshooting, & repairing production machinery Surveying buildings to ensure they are consistent with health/safety standards Installation or adjustments of mechanical parts using hand & machine tools Conducting general upkeep procedures & other tasks as assigned Maintenance Technician Benefits: $500 Hiring Bonus Offered! Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Must have High School Diploma or GED Must have 2+ years' maintenance technician experience & provide own tools Ability to work 1st Shift (3a-11:30a* flex) OR 2nd Shift (10a-8p) onsite daily in the Indianapolis, IN facility Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, & industrial control systems Working knowledge of hand & stationary tools Good communication, time management & problem-solving skills Ability to lift & manipulate heavy equipment Familiarity with OSHA safety standards & regulations Secondary education/degree or certification in mechanical maintenance technology or relevant field a plus! Boiler technical skills a plus!
