We are growing and seeking an experienced leader to inspire teams and deliver impactful results!We're looking for a Director of Operations to bring strategic insight, structure, and efficiency to our growing organization. This is a key leadership role focused on driving scalable operations, improving workflows, and aligning cross-functional processes with business goals. You'll be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement, introducing new technologies, and building the operational foundation that supports long-term growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Own and improve operational workflows, systems, and procedures to support scalable growthEvaluate and implement technologies that streamline internal processes across departmentsPartner with department leaders to document SOPs, define KPIs, and remove operational frictionLead and mentor the operations team, including project management, CRM ownership, customer support, IT, and deploymentMonitor cross-departmental workflows and surface process improvements that support efficiency and accountabilityOversee internal tools and vendor relationships to ensure system performance and alignment with business needsWork closely with leadership to align operations with strategic goals and evolving business needsQUALIFICATIONS:Proven experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in a tech-forward or growth-stage companyStrong background in process improvement, workflow optimization, and change managementDemonstrated ability to evaluate, implement, and manage tools and technologies that support efficiencyExcellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projectsTech-savvy with a systems mindset and a passion for continuous improvementComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesHigh learning agility and a willingness to develop subject matter knowledge in a new industryExperience in fintech, payments, or a related industry is a plusSALARY:This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and other benefits.Base salary range: $115,000 - $135,000Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $145,725 - $169,725LOCATION: This role requires the employee to work fully onsite at our Anaheim Hills location.WHY WORK HERE?Awarded Top Workplace of Orange County by the OC Register three years in a row!Flex PTO!New state-of-the-art, open-concept facility with stand-up desks, balance boards, stationary bikes, and more!Work hard, play hard culture!Monthly Beer Socials and BBQs!Proven "promote from within" mentality!Benefit offerings:Medical, dental, vision, acupuncture, and chiropractic401k Safe Harbor; 100% employer match processed semi-monthly, up to 4%Profit Sharing; paid on a quarterly basis
