This position will provide on-demand service calls, and maintenance to our customers - homeowners and businesses. Service and maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment Customer ServiceConsulting with customer on repair decisionsEducating customers indoor air quality optionsRequirements / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2 + years of HVAC service experienceEPA Certification Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsBe familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniquesExperience assisting customers in repairing and replacement decisionsAdvanced customer service skillsWillingness to acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment.
