Prioritize calls according to the customer and/or operational needs. Dispatch service calls to service technicians.Respond to and resolve customer complaints and conflicts using patience and courtesy in dealing with customers.Enter orders for both routed and on-demand routes, additional stops, wait times jobs, and special-order requests from customers as required by department standards. Emailing customers, filing paperwork, and other office tasks are required.
