WE LOVE OUR WORK. The facilities technician performs preventative and general maintenance tasks, installations, general cleaning, and other tasks as assigned.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver internal and external guest service in accordance with company service standards- Performs all duties in a polite, professional, and responsible manner- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs as directed- Complete ready repairs such as cabinet installations, restroom fixture repair, lighting fixture replacements etc- Inspect and adjust property equipment as necessary- Collaborate with other Facilities Team Members and Departments on tasks and projects- Assist in the installation or relocation of equipment and property furniture- Uses hand tools and power tools in making maintenance repairs- Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work- Perform exterior maintenance, snow removal and salting as necessary- Attend departmental and company meetings- Adheres to all safety procedures and keeps work area clean of debris BRING US YOUR BEST. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS- Must be 21 years of age- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)- Available to work required schedule which may include night, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent- 2-3 years maintenance experience specializing in skills related to carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, roofing or HVAC preferred- Valid driver’s license STAY IN THE GAME.
