Now Hiring - Packaging Associate (2nd Shift)Location: Batavia, IL Pay: $19.35 per hour + $1.00 shift differential Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM (some OT on Fridays) Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Job Overview: We’re hiring a Packaging Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for inspecting and packaging products to meet all quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: * Package products according to all specified requirements * Support Gluers as a packer/inspector * Place stacks of cards into the gluer feed table and catch glued products for packaging * Identify, segregate, and label all nonconforming materials * Report any unidentified non-conformances immediately * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area * Follow all Safety and Operational procedures * Communicate and collaborate positively with other departments * Work effectively as part of a high-paced production team Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly * Standing for most of the shift * Frequent reaching, stretching, and gripping motions * Pushing/pulling materials weighing between 5-45 lbs * Comfortable working in warm, noisy production environments **Malone Workforce Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Associate Benefits:** Medical Plan (including MEC, MEC Plus and MVP plans), Dental and other ancillary products* provided through Essential StaffCARE.
