About This Role: Supports walk-in traffic, front-line customer support, chat functions and tier 1 phone support, including but not limited to providing comprehensive information and services related to undergraduate admission operations (transcripts, evaluations), student financial assistance, student employment, the university registrar processes, basic student billing questions, and other enrollment concerns for alumni, current students, prospective students, families, and other clients.Determines team priorities and tasks, the workload for employees in the supervisory area. Considering time factors and priorities, make decisions on which projects or jobs are needed and complete accordingly. Determines and, when applicable, resolves system issues. To see what benefits are available Principles of Community. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree andThree to Five years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree.Higher Education/post-secondary experience: Three years progressively responsible experience in Enrollment Management (Admissions, Financial Aid, and Registrar) or experiences directly related area of expertise that interacts with the business processes handled by these offices.Experience reviewing, implementing, or recommending changes to multiple policies and procedures, including university, state, and federal rules and regulations. Knowledge of FERPA, and Title IV regulations are a must.Working knowledge of Student Information Systems platform(s) - i.e., CRM (Slate, TargetX, etc..), PeopleSoft/Oracle, uAchieve/DARS, Imaging (Perceptive/ImageNow), National Student Clearinghouse, etc.….Three years of supervisory experience including but not limited to the direct supervision of 2+ staff, hiring decisions, pay and timecard tracking, etc....Ability to exercise independent judgment in evaluating situations, making decisions as well as grasp new techniques and updates to products/processes quickly. Experience working with various populations along with providing training and technical development, public speaking, presentations, customer service in higher education-related areas. Other Requirements: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.Notary Public may be required depending on needs and staffing within the office.
