This position will be shooting product in our studio on a daily/weekly basis utilizing our equipment.What Your Responsibilities WillCreative Video DevelopmentImplement multi-faceted thinking, bringing concepts to life through videography while developing multiple projects from concept to completion, including videos and stop-motion graphicsConceptualizing, editing, and producing multiple video projects for our clients with a high attention to detailResponsible for high-quality work, including error-free (spelling) execution in bringing client’s story to lifeWork regularly with Video Lead and Strategy team to ensure content is aligned and on track for deliveryProperly build, name, and file all files for seamless integration of content across all team membersSeamless Content Execution & Project ManagementBalance all client needs through meticulous schedules of shoots, meetings, and editing timeIdeate video ideas, storyboard, set up and utilize lighting, manage styling and production, & execute deliverablesProduce edits quickly and accurately to Strategy team for client assetsCreatively problem solve prior to and during video shoots to ensure professional production standardsDevelop production schedules and details for shoots and content calendars in conjunction with Strategy teamCollaborate closely with design and strategy team and stakeholders to help facilitate quality contentEnsure a detail-oriented approach to videography that produces quality, on time, in scope delivery of assetsUse internal processes for projects through necessary tools (Asana, Server, software, time tracking, etc.)Creative Team EngagementMaintain equipment, keep an organized space, and assist the creative team with other projects as assignedManage videography library, including manipulate and edit videography and imagery as neededOther ResponsibilitiesResearch and develop opportunities in social media trends to provide client successOn-site and client support as necessary to facilitate client needsOther duties as assigned by the Lead, VP or PresidentAll clients have different needs, so responsibilities may change with the needs of the client and AgencyWhy You’re A Perfect FitYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work individually or on a teamYou excel in the use of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Bridge, and AuditionYou have a high level of knowledge of video and camera equipment, and are easily able to make high-quality videosYou know production specifications for both print and digital mediaYou have a desire to create and exceed objectives consistently, including taking on extra responsibilitiesYou breathe the latest trends for social marketing and are able to research and guide your team on those trendsYou over manage the details in all you do and are ready to learn and growYou are highly organized, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment at times without directionYou’re excited to grow and develop into an even better videographer and teach others along the wayCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive SalaryHealth, Dental, and VisionDisability insuranceRetirement contributionFlexible work environmentEmployee coffee & snacksAbout Ideas That EvokeWe are a social media, digital and PR agency located in Madison, WI and were recently named the #633rd Fastest Growing Private Company in America and 8th fastest Growing Company in WI by Inc.
